File upload

The same files you already get from each creditor · nobody has to change anything

1 · Pick the source

Each creditor's importer is set up once: which column is the ID, which is the balance, which is the date. New creditor = set up a portfolio, not write code.

Cortiva · settlement (portal) Belvana · monthly portfolio Kelvora · payments by email Vertoli · businesses CRM export · activity

Drag the Excel file here or click to choose it

.xlsx / .csv · or try a sample file

2 · Validation and merge

After upload, the result shows here: new rows, ignored duplicates, payments already recorded, errors (sent to a report, they do not sink the batch) and warnings if the creditor changed the format without notice.

Today that check only exists for the Cortiva settlement. Here it runs for all 10 portfolios, and everything is merged by ID into a single database.

Every row is clickable: the score always explains why. Names and IDs are randomly generated: no real data.

Criterion weights · Cortiva

Pick the portfolio: each has its own weights, version and past-due horizon (what counts as "early" in Cortiva is not early in Belvana). Move a weight and the ranking re-sorts live.

Cortiva Belvana Kelvora Vertoli
Active version: v1.3 (Aug 8, Octavio)
#DebtorPast dueSavingsPromisesCollectabilityMovement

Top 12 of the selected portfolio with the criterion being edited. The “Movement” column shows how many places each account moved up or down against that portfolio's active version.

⛔

Broken agreement, no contact: Eugenia D. (Cortiva)

24-installment plan: she stopped paying 15 days ago and has missed 3 installments. Nobody has contacted her since the agreement broke. She had paid 9 installments in a row: a good chance to get back on track.

Detected today 09:00 · balance $ 46,800 · score 71 · High
💎

Under-worked customer: Gregorio R. (Belvana)

Early delay (38 days), large debt ($ 82,000) and $ 29,500 in savings if he settles. He has already paid twice in another portfolio. Nobody has worked the account in 21 days.

score 84 · Very high · also in the Vertoli portfolio (current)
📉

Promises due tomorrow with no reminder: 11 accounts (Cortiva)

$ 96,300 committed for Aug 12. None has a reminder scheduled. Promises are kept far more often when there is contact before the due date.

Suggestion: short call-back list for the afternoon shift
🧩

File format changed: Kelvora settlement

Kelvora's payment file arrived with 2 renamed columns. The importer caught it and stopped the upload before duplicating payments: the new mapping still needs confirming.

Today nobody notices when this happens: here it is flagged and logged

Every list records which criterion version generated it. When Octavio changes a weight, this shows whether the change helped or hurt: contacts, promises and collections, compared with the previous version. Illustrative numbers for the demo.
